Clinical Psychologist
Anxiety, Depression & Big Life Transitions
I have over twelve years of experience working with adults (18+) who are navigating anxiety, depression, and adjustment to big life changes. Whether you believe you meet criteria for a specific diagnosis or not, psychotherapy can be a great way to better understand your experience, receive support, and find opportunities for growth. I have worked successfully with many adults coping with difficult life transitions including transition to college or graduate school, dating, marriage, separation, fertility and family planning, and childbirth.

I use a collaborative, evidence-based approach to treatment. Drawing from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based techniques, we will help you develop a set of skills to better manage your symptoms and live a meaningful life in line with your personal values. Over the course of treatment, we will work together to identify and manage unhelpful thinking patterns, communicate your needs effectively, develop skills to act in line with your values instead of your fears, and learn new approaches to cope with overwhelming feelings.

During our time together, we will identify your unique goals, work together on a treatment plan, and consistently re-evaluate your progress. My goal is to help you learn skills to effectively manage whatever life may throw at you, not to have you in therapy indefinitely!
