Clinical Psychologist
Evidence-Based Treatment for
Sleep, Anxiety, Depression, & Big Life Transitions

Welcome to my private practice homepage! I am a clinical psychologist licensed to practice in the state of California. Although the majority of my clients reside in the Bay Area, I provide telehealth services to clients throughout the state.
I take a compassionate, client-centered approach to psychotherapy. This means that treatment is a collaborative process tailored to meet your specific needs and circumstances. All treatment is goal-oriented and skills-based.
I specialize in evidence-based treatments for adjustment to big life transitions, depression, anxiety, and insomnia in adults. I developed a more recent sub-specialty helping individuals navigate challenges related to dating, family-planning, fertility, and career decisions. I strive to help my clients create a values-based, meaning-filled life.

In addition to my private practice, I am currently a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Stanford University School of Medicine. I provide care as a member of the Sleep Health and Insomnia Program (SHIP) and the Sports Medicine team in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. I also serve as a research clinician in the Stanford Computational Psychiatry, Neuroimaging, and Sleep Lab (CoPsyN Sleep Lab), where I provide sleep intervention to participants in federally-funded research studies and train psychology graduate students in psychological assessment and intervention.
